Refund & Exchange Policy

At Priva, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products and operations, we follow a strict No Return, No Refund, and No Exchange policy under normal circumstances.

1. No Returns, No Refunds, No Exchanges

Please note that we do not accept any returns or provide refunds or exchanges for any reason other than damages or delivery of the wrong product.
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully before placing it.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

We take utmost care to deliver your orders in perfect condition. However, in rare cases, if you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, we are here to help — but only if the following conditions are met:

Mandatory Unboxing Video Required

To be eligible for an exchange in case of a damaged or incorrect item:

• You must record a clear unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed parcel.
• The video must not be paused or edited and should clearly show the condition of the product at the time of unboxing.
• Any issue (damage or wrong item) must be clearly visible in the video.
• The video must be sent to us within 24 hours of delivery.

No claims will be entertained without a valid and complete unboxing video.

3. What We Will Do

If your claim is approved and meets the conditions outlined above:

• We will replace the damaged or incorrect product at no additional cost.
• No refunds will be provided under any circumstances — only a one-time replacement is offered.
